Public maths resources

Finished public tools may be used for personal learning, classroom teaching, lesson preparation, intervention, tutoring and home-learning support. Teachers, tutors and parents remain responsible for deciding whether a resource is suitable for a learner and for supervising its use.

• Do not resell, redistribute, rebrand or publish the resources as another product.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Do not enter identifiable pupil information into public maths tools.

11+ Maths Momentum

11+ Maths Momentum is a one-off purchase of £39 for one child profile. It provides 90 days of access from successful payment and does not renew automatically. Each additional child requires a separate purchase. The current release is sold to UK customers in pounds sterling.

The course supports maths knowledge, reasoning, pacing and multiple-choice technique. It is independent of and is not affiliated with or endorsed by GL Assessment. Local test formats, timings, standardisation and qualifying scores vary. Raw course scores are not age-standardised. The course, its report and any suggested next action do not guarantee a pass, school place or admission result.

When the purchase contract is made

The purchaser reviews the course description, price, access period, these terms and the refund policy before continuing to Stripe. The contract is made when Stripe confirms successful payment and Maths Modelled provides course access. The confirmation email identifies the course, payment, access end date, accepted consent version and purchase reference. Keep that email as the durable record of the purchase.

Immediate digital access and cancellation

Before checkout, the purchaser must expressly consent to Maths Modelled beginning supply of the digital course immediately, before the usual 14-day cancellation period has ended. The purchaser must also acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, the usual statutory right to cancel that digital content is lost. Checkout cannot begin unless both confirmations are given and recorded.

Payments and refunds

Stripe processes the card payment and billing address. Maths Modelled records the amount, payment references, billing country, status and checkout confirmations but does not store full card details. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A completed refund or payment dispute ends course access for that child profile.

Parent account and child profile

The adult account holder is responsible for the purchase, account security and suitable supervision. A child profile must use a first name or nickname only. Do not enter a child’s surname, email address, date of birth, school or other contact details. One purchase is licensed to one child profile and must not be shared between households.

Availability, faults and changes

Reasonable care is taken to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and mistakes can occur. Report a fault to support so it can be investigated. Public resources may be improved or withdrawn. A paid course’s price, access period and accepted contract version are not changed retrospectively after purchase.

Intellectual property

The website design, original tools, questions, explanations and teaching materials are owned by the site operator or used with permission from their licensors. Copyright protection does not depend on registration. The permitted-use licence above does not transfer ownership.

Responsibility and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits the purchaser’s statutory consumer rights. Educational resources support, but do not replace, professional teaching judgement, school advice or independent admissions information.

Terms versions

These terms may be updated for future use or purchases. A completed purchase remains associated with the consent version recorded at checkout. A later web-page update does not replace the version recorded for an earlier purchase.
