What is saved
- The first name or nickname your parent chooses for your profile.
- Which course and days you use.
- Your answers, raw scores and how long a session took.
Why it is saved
This information saves your place, marks your answers and helps your parent see what you have completed and which topic might be useful to revisit. It is not used to decide whether you will pass an exam.
Who can see it
Your parent or carer can see the information in their account. Maths Modelled and the companies that securely operate the course may process it to provide the service. Other families cannot see your profile.
What does not happen
- There are no adverts, public profiles or chat.
- Your precise location is not tracked.
- Your work is not used to target advertising.
- Your raw course score is not turned into a pass prediction.
How long it is kept
Your detailed answers and day-by-day progress are automatically removed after your course access has been ended for more than 12 months. Your nickname and the basic access record are not removed by that automatic job. Your parent can ask Maths Modelled to review, correct or delete information where the law allows.
You can ask questions
Talk to your parent or carer if you want to know what is saved or think something is wrong. They can email support@mathsmodelled.co.uk. The longer privacy notice explains the full details and rights.
