Refund and cancellation policy

The current paid course

11+ Maths Momentum is a one-off £39 digital purchase for one child profile with 90 days of access from successful payment. It does not renew automatically.

Immediate access and cancellation

Before checkout, the purchaser must expressly consent to Maths Modelled beginning supply of the digital course immediately, before the usual 14-day cancellation period has ended. The purchaser must also acknowledge that, once supply begins, the usual statutory right to cancel that digital content is lost. Checkout cannot begin without both confirmations.

The consent version and time are recorded with the purchase. The purchase-confirmation email repeats the immediate-access acknowledgement and the important contract information so the purchaser can retain it.

If digital supply has not begun

If payment has been taken but access has not been supplied, contact support promptly. Any cancellation right that still applies is not removed by this policy.

If something is wrong

Statutory rights are not affected. Contact support if the course is faulty, materially different from its description, inaccessible after successful payment, purchased twice by mistake or charged without authority. Maths Modelled will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, correct the problem or provide a refund.

How to request help or a refund

1. Email support@mathsmodelled.co.uk from the parent-account email.
2. Include the purchase date, child nickname and Stripe checkout or receipt reference if available.
3. Do not send a full card number, security code or account password.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. A completed refund or payment dispute ends access for the relevant child profile.

Course and admissions outcomes

A disappointing practice score, test result or school admission decision does not by itself make the course faulty. Local 11+ arrangements vary, raw course scores are not age-standardised and no pass or school place is guaranteed.
